Scott – Owner
Scott has worked at Readdy Gleddy since 1973, and bought the company in 1986. He has nearly 50 years’ experience dealing with diamond tooling, equipment and their applications. He has been instrumental in designing specialty tooling for many unusual applications, several of which have been patented. He takes the time to answer your questions, with honest straight forward advice. His goal is to help you find the most cost effective solution to your project large or small.
Scott enjoys time with his family. He loves to play golf and he is an extremely talented artist and has some of his art displayed in the offices.
Meet Our Staff
Scott – Parts & Service Manager
Scott is our go-to-guy. He takes care of the inventory, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and customer service. He is experienced in floor polishing, saw repair and special orders. He is always ready to go the extra mile to help out our customers.
He is an all-around sport enthusiast. He loves to go shooting, snowboarding, and plays soccer on a co-ed league. He has his CDL and is a certified security guard. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 19 nieces and nephews.
Mark – Sales
Ray – Sales/Repair/Rental Manager
Ray is our certified Husquvarna repair guy! He can work on hand saws, walk behind saws, along with other small engines. He keeps our repair and rental departments humming along.
He is a talented guy with a wide variety of construction and business experience. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and is a member of the CMA bike club. He is very giving and enjoys sharing his construction skills with people in need. He just welcomed his 1st great grandson this year. He also is continually involved with serving at Church.
Regina - Bookkeeper
Regina handles the money part of the business. All the paperwork, payroll, human resources, accounts payable and receivable are her domain. She has a broad background in business accounting. If you ask her, she says she works here because what girl would not want to work with all these diamonds!
She adores her family and loves spending time with them. In her spare time she runs her own bridal alterations business.
